Excellent ground. Good views from my seat. Drinks and food are extortionate but you'd expect that anyway.
I wrote this review before I went to the spa which turned out to be another bad experience. They have a new policy of not turning on the sauna and steam room till 1.30 pm so they were cold.
Beers and ciders are sold at a good price and I really felt at home. If you plan to come here for an event or the cricket I would highly advise you do. Once again thankyou to the kind staff who made me feel like part of the team
Also we had a club room on the 22nd floor this gave us access to free drinks ???? absolutely any drink and delicious food and deserts well worth paying the extra the club room is lovely overlooking the city.
Very helpful and friendly reception staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Would certainly recommend and stay again.
Excellent hotel, fantastic location- the most attentive team. You cannot have a better location. Just right by Newcastle casino the tram stop and a few minutes walk from bars, clubs, supermarkets and the train stations. Absolutely love this fantastic hotel with world class service and a great team.
The rooms are large with great views over the city, mini fridge, and the usual other facilities, the bed is comfortable and feather pillows. We stayed in a standard room, which could do with refurbishment, it looks dated and had shower over bath and a toilet behind the door in the bathroom. Good overall experience but rooms need to be updated in line with the public spaces.
Only went to use their toilets (my car had broken down outside and I was waiting for the AA!), but reception was very pleasant and helpful! The casino looked very well appointed and relaxed!
Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely clean rooms, the shower was amazing! The staff are all 5 star, I attended with my daughter and she was treated with such care and attention. Especially the breakfast staff, there was nothing they wouldn't do for us. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Staff stare alot at customers, kind of intimidating especially if your new to the scene and don't know how to gamble.. only issue I had. Overall good experience, il defo be back
Watched a few people empty rubbish out of their cars and dump it on the floor - this was just after arriving and parking up. The multi storey car park was in darkness and had builders yard fencing in front of it. The car park is full of badly parked cars. The mindset of the people here was embarrassing - people eating and dropping food and litter despite standing within a few feet of the bins.
First time in a casino. Really clean, staff were helpful and friendly. A good experience on the roulette table even though I lost :-(
